Terms and Conditions

Términos y Condiciones:
1. Reservas: All petting zoo rental reservations must be made at least one week in advance. Reservations are subject to availability.
2. Pagos: A 50% payment is required at the time of booking to secure your selected date and time. The remaining 50% must be paid upon arrival at the event.
3. Cancelaciones: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund.
4.Responsabilidad: The customer will be responsible for any damage caused to the animals or equipment during the rental period.
5. Supervisión: Adult supervision is required at all times during the petting zoo rental. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that children respect the animals and follow the farm staff's instructions. Children must be closely supervised to prevent any behavior that may endanger their safety or that of the animals.
6. Alimentación de los animales: Feeding the animals any food not authorized by farm operators is strictly prohibited. We typically provide snacks for children to safely feed the animals.
7. Condiciones de los animales: The animals will be carefully selected and in good health at the time of rental. However, we are not liable for any injury or harm caused by the animals during the rental period.
